Thank you. About 12:19 Saturday am. I a. A make 75yrs 24 Jan. 2024. Lower back killing me. From driving Revel Tesla. For about 11 hrs.. 5 days a week about 3 months. I quit. I TRY your exercise thank you..I been practicing yoga, I tried yoga for abs with Rodney Yee, for years. Yoga power. I think your technique is gonna work. I will use a. Book. Until I get a block. Thank you very much..

Love this video. I just recently started back with Yoga and decided to do the 30day challenge from December. I a. On day 4 but my back has been killing me. This hurt some at first but the amazing cracking relief at the end during Savasana was wonderful!

I don’t recommend any yoga that isn’t specifically tailored to yoga for pregnancy as every trimester has different support and poses. A great channel would be bohobeautiful, bret larkin and sarah beth yoga as they all have specific classes for pregnancy. They should either have a playlist or youll see in the title ♥️♥️
