I was recently sick in bed for a week and searched for a restorative yoga video and this popped up! I'm so grateful it did. My body was achy and tight from not moving very much and I have been doing this one for 3 days and already feel better! Thank you for creating it and I'm excited to see more :)

Thank you Jessica. Short but sweet restorative yoga sequence. Really love it. Over did my stretches yesterday & was not feeling too good. Today the slow restorative practice helped me to let go. Instead of strife I was able to let go & ease into the practice. Much blessings. The light in my see the light in you.🥰👍🏼

I’ve just done this routine! A lovely relaxing practice, really enjoyed it thank you 😊 I also really like the inclusion of music in your videos - personally I like having music in the background when I do yoga, and you always pick stuff that isn’t too intrusive but is nice and calm (and at the right volume!)

I like jessica's voice, this is nice way for me to learn how to use blocks in yoga, however my knees never make it down to reach the blocks, I'm not flexible enough lol
