i wish i saw this when i was 15. when i saw jump workout with woatas and excessively work on it. after 3yrs, i tore my inguinal ligament bcuz of poor movement patterns. and when i try the goata workouts, i just heal my injury without surgery. hope to win the comment in order to have the new program hehe it can help me to comeback to my sport gradually. but i tell you.... this is 💯💯

Absolutely fascinating! I’ve never bumped into this expanation of rotary functin in absorbing and releasing force and it makes absolute sense. It explains neatly how good acceleration looks like and how the foot snaps back and the knee flexes when fasr runners and jumpers perform. I have so much use for this and will be experimenting first han in the upcoming months. Thank you.

My question is, should I be training only goata or incorporate the same lifts I was doing before running into goata?
@user-sq6vq2mt7u2 жыл бұрын
Same here🙋🏻♂️ what goata guys say is 'goata or woata'. I agree with their laws but well goata is not the only answer.(most persuasive so far i think) these are my thoughts. Goata is especially good at recovering(recoding) our innate movement and injury tolerance.( Yes, bodybuilding with goata is possible of course.) Also They say kettlebell is not good for sports. All conventional lifting, triple extension is not good for sports.(actually 'bad')and not meant for our innate movement and i'm 200% agree with that. Who would lift with that sqaut position when we at the mall after shoping? Iifting makes good lifter, not healthier, stronger. but i'm not athelete, pro, elite. I like doing kettlebell, suples bulgarian bag. If you know you know but don't know search bulgarian bag. This is bad for goata philosohy(super iabl) But i enjoy doing them. Try to maintain iabh while doing bulgarian bag. So bottom line is, there is no 'should'. They are saying goata is the only one answer but there are also lots of groups like okf, atg, weck...they didn't say heel away all day. If goata is the only one answer, why would not say it? Why others can't see it? And Literally mark bell doing fp with goata. Choose what is good for you and abandon what is bad for you. Then you'll know what to do.
