Nice video. I did this as part of the 2021 Wild Brumby race... Yes, as you note, there is LOTS of climbing in this Lower Valley Track... just in case anyone is thinking it is all downhill. I reckon there is about 350m of singletrack ascent during the 18km. But a great ride to do.

1 & 2... 3 is not very technical either in my opinion so it all depends mostly on your fitness not experience level

Last section is the longest, first 2 are fast, mostly downhill. Sorry for a late response, I hope you enjoyed the trail if you had a chance to ride it
