LOWERING A 1965 CHEVY C10

On this episode of "Fixin' Two" we lower the 1965 Chevy C10 4 inches in the front and 5 inches in the back.

So was it lowered 2-3 or 4-5?

We started with 2/3 but 2 in the front didn’t look lowered so we went with 4/5.

@@fixintwo123 did you have to c notch the frame ? I have a 66 and been told the lowest you can go was a 2-4 ?

We didn’t C notch but we are sitting on the bump stops. We read the same thing and maybe our original springs were worn out in the front but when we lowered on 2 inch springs, it was the same height so we went with 4/5.
