Thanks 😁 I have tested it a bit more now and it seems to work great. The original brake pedal was quite worn and flimsy, probably because of missing oil/grease on the axle. Hope this makes it a bit more durable.

@@kihestad Haha, I like it. I know all about trying to add humor to a video with yourself to "play" with. Not easy, not easy at all 🤣

Nice vid!!! I think rear brake must be a little bit higher...my opinion i saw it have a little bit long distance till the brake stop complete the wheel... Thanks...

I can adjust / tighten the brakes a bit more so the travel is not that long, but I cannot make it go any higher without changing the pedal. I have done some measurements and tested it in my garage, I am quite sure it is OK as is, but testing in real world is yet to be done 🙄

Hi, nice result. The o-rings work really well. One question though, are you concerned about the footpegs touching down in corners? I had a friend "back in the day" who would scrape the pegs on his 250 superdream and yours are now lower.

Yes, I have been concerned about it and done some measurements to be sure it is safe. When not braking it is no problem at all. I need to tilt the bike at around 45 degree angle before it starts to get close to the ground when braking (and of course, you should not brake if you are leaning that much over 😎) But - it require the brakes to be correctly adjusted so it is not too much travel. It will be important to "tighten" the brake screw at the rear end as the brake gets worn. The original brake pedal is actually worse than my custom one because it goes under the original exhaust, it is quite "lumpy" and it sticks more out to the side of the bike. I have moved the foot peg around 2cm closer to the center of the bike, and the brake pedal even more. I thought the original ones was a bite wide..
