This video is awesome... I'm going to Japan 4 weeks tomorrow and were visiting Disney at the end of our two weeks to celebrate our 10th anniversary. This video has really helped me with my last little bits of planning. Thanks guys!! 😘

This was so so helpful, thank you guys so much! I haven't watched your videos from your 2017 trip so I'm going to take a look back at those to see you guys navigating it as newbies. Tokyo Disney has been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember (I have pins and music CDs from the parks that I bought from eBay at least 10 years ago!), and I've just not even known where to start with planning. Thank you!

Oh, thank you for this! So helpful for when we plan our dream vacation to Tokyo Disney! Could you do a similar episode for visiting Disneyland Paris? It might sound silly for Brits/Europeans, but for Americans like me, navigating DLP is almost as daunting as traveling to Tokyo Disney!

Thanks for all of the tips! We are heading there in a little over 100 days 🤗 I have a question, with the 4 day ticket. Can you do two days, take a day off and use the last 2 days? Or do they have to be used on 4 consecutive days? We are traveling with a 6yo & a 4yo and I think the rest would be the best option ☺️ Thanks again for all the helpful information.

Why don't stay in Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel? It's much cheaper than the other official hotels and also you can get some privileges, like early 15, free shuttle bus.

I just took so many notes 😂. Did you travel away from Disney? I’m mainly interested in Disney but would like to visit somewhere else but worried about getting around and things!

Thanks, very informative, as I watched and enjoyed both your vlogs, but found the idea of doing Tokyo quite daunting. One question, can you recommend where you might visit locally over the weekend, between doing two tues-fridays in the parks?
@LRDreaming6 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much Jenny. Central Tokyo is so easy to navigate, the local transport system is great. So many lovely places to visit, the Metropolitan Government Buildings have a free observation deck with great views across the city. In our 2017 vlogs (link below) we explored Tokyo. Shibuya is amazing too.

I don't remember seeing Christmas ornaments in either trip's haul videos. Did you find any in the shops at either park despite being there at the end of May?
@trekkingchica6 жыл бұрын
I'm going to TDR in May of next year so this was super helpful! I do have a question...I use my phone to vlog and have a hand stabilizer as it makes it easier and less shaky. Are those not allowed???
@LRDreaming6 жыл бұрын
They used to be banned, but recently they do allow them as long as they don't extend. You are not allowed to use them on rides or in parades or shows. Have an amazing time!

Thank you! I've been following for a year now. I love your vlogs. Hopefully one day you'll make it out to DLR. I'd love to meet you both.

Does the Hilton Disney hotel only take dollars, pounds or just yen to purchase park tickets?

Do people there put their children on their shoulders during the fireworks and shows? I hate st WDW and dlp trying to see over children on parents shoulders and selfie sticks (@dlp) even though they are not allowed
@hannahstrong9526 жыл бұрын
They mostly sit down for parades/fireworks etc.
@LRDreaming6 жыл бұрын
Selfie sticks are not permitted and it is enforced very well by the cast members. No one is allowed to stand or put children on their shoulders at the front of the parade route. The first few rows are all seating. If you are at the back, you can put your children on your shoulders but it's not very common. Even with the fireworks, it's not very common at all.

I love Florida but the tipping is annoying as it's like half of your money . So that s cool that u don't have to do it I'm Japan. It seems that In Japan they are very friendly and give good service.

Recently, the cashless society has progressed in Japan to such an extent that people can quite easily lead our daily lives without cash 💴 Since the outbreak began, more people in Japan have been choosing to make payments without using cash, and businesses have been trying to accommodate them. But still wagon selling light-up item and wagon -style food vendors (except for popcorn and ice cream) do not accept credit cards in Tokyo Disney Resort.
