I remember Crokinole from the 80's. Marde with on court stabbings, corruption and back alley betting. My younger brother was actually conceived in the bathroom of an underground Crokinole match. Cocaine flowed like Gatorade. Millions were made but it set the sport back decades. Glad to see the professionalism.

I used to play this game at the elite level. The girls, the drugs, the frequently changing hotel rooms, it all got a bit too much. I began to hate myself and what I had become. I decided to give it all up and instead follow Buddhism, I gave away my millions. People said that I’m mad and crazy, but I’ve never looked back and I have no regrets.
@erich21864 жыл бұрын
@@EternalDeath14 Dick, thank you for sharing your story of bravery. Not many elite players made it out the other end. I just wish more players had your same courage...I have seen too many crying mothers and been to too many funerals.....Being a Crokinolaholic is the monkey that will forever be on my back. Stay strong brother!

Please i m frensh . I dont understand the rules in the scoreboard ? Why playing with 8 puck? And good game at slater
@rat4885 жыл бұрын
they get two points for winning a game and one point each if they tie. First to five wins a set and the match is played best of 3 sets.(sort of like Tennis) Scoring is based on the disks left on the table after all shots are taken. The ring inside the pegs is 15 point the middle ring is 10 points and the outer most ring is 5 points sinking in the hole is 20 points immediately. Each player gets 8 disks every game and must always strike an opponents disk if it is present on the field otherwise the shot does not count. If no opposing disk is present they get what is called a free shot.

The ref keeping a keen eye on butt cheeks for a butt cheek disqualification
@erich21863 жыл бұрын
I can tell by your comment that you know the ins and outs of Crokinole. In 1982 I lost the Championship round to a buttcheek disqualification. I prepared for that match the same way I prepared for them all. I got high as a kite on cocaine and LSD and ate 7 bean and cheese burritos from Taco Bell. What I thought would be a quiet, unnoticeable fart lead me to lift my left buttcheek during what should have been my game-winning flick. Of course, the ref disqualified me. Now, every time I hear a fart I cry a little......and think about what could have been.

Thanks KZbin wtf is this if anyone can explain?
@nathanpredmore75774 жыл бұрын
kyle Dove 6 months late but, this is crokinole, a dexterity game from the 1800s. Rules are you put your puck on the outside circle and flick it onto the board, your shot must land in the middle circle if your enemy has no pucks on the board, your shot must hit your enemy’s puck if they have one on the board. The outer circle is 5 points, the middle circle 10, and the center circle 15. If a puck lands in the hole in the middle it is 20 points and the puck is removed from the game. Once both players are out of shots, you score.
