Back Balance & Back Saltoed Drop in Hammock

This is awesome skill! Any tips on finding the balance? I can't seem to get there from the crochet wrap. but I can back balance easily on the egg knot

It’s just the name of the move, because you end up with the silks under your shoulders you can pose like an angel. It’s just like a regular 360 drop except you fall backwards instead of forwards.

Sophie Wilkinson I had to watch it a few times before I got it there’s two parts to it it’s not exactly like a 364 first she fall flips forward and has the polls between her legs then she flips backwards and then she’s suspended from her back
