When you were pressing that shaft out, it looked like it was putting side load against the bearings. May not have been but if it was it will eventually dimple and ruin those bearings. may want to use a puller instead.

What size upper pulley? Do you ever pin the pulley? Any issues if you have not? Also did you or a machine shop machine your snout under the pulley??

Its a 2.4. I machined the snout myself with a flap disk and pinned the lower pulley. Upper doesn’t really need it.

Have you ever thought about drifting the camaro? I always thought the 3rd gen would be awesome at drifting. Is your diff welded? All I can remember is your wheel hop and then you replaced the diff a few months ago. That Detroit speed camaro was on hoonigans at sema in the burn out box and I'm sure 3rd gens can drift. I pretty much only follow drifters this camaro is the only exception besides cleetus and goonzquad but I think everyone follows them.

Yeah buddy it’s beyond me why they would make them pulleys with a gloss finish.. almost need a poly with sand mixed in finish haha
