Thanks for sharing your recipe . You make it so easy to understand and follow especially the logic behind the golden ratio so that one can do any size depending on peeled radish weight because I’m still unable to get it right for the radish/flour/liquid. Will certainly give it another try using your method

我昨天做但不成功!我買不到wheat starch 所以用了tapioca starch!不知是否這個原因所以很sticky and can’t even take out the pan. 請問如果沒有wheat starch 可以用什麼代替?
