Modern Polish is kinda similar to modern Czech, both languages share common things and in medieval times they were even closer, so Henry wouldn't have too much trouble understanding him

​@@drchaos2000I suspect you wanted to say "all the vowels", which is hilariously inaccurate. In fact, it's the opposite. There is not a single multiletter Polish word with no vowel, while Czech has such beautiful tong twitters as: "Strč prst skrz krk." (That's a full, real sentance). Polish does have a bunch of frequently used diagraphs: sz, cz, rz, ch, each representing one consonant sound. So it misleads people into thinking that we have more consonant clusters than we actually do.

You can finish first game as pacifist. There is only 1 person, who is esential to kill. There is even achievement for it.

I think you can safely start with KCD2, although the first game is great the combat can be brutal and frustrating at times, the sequel will be more accessible and much more polished, and you won't need to play KCD1 to understand what is going on at all. Hope that helps!

Why would you even want to play this series if you don't like challenging games? Anyway just play the first one and mod it to make it easier if that's what you want. If you start on the 2nd game you'll be missing like 100 hours of main and side quest story context.

I do hope new skill trees are added. For example, maybe have Henry *learn new language, like Polish or Czech* And I love the thing where you could disarm enemies by breaking their weapons and shields. There was a perk in KCD1 which *weapon you sharpened does more gear durability damage* Now its much more useful to disarm enemy faster.
