Finally watched the after a month. Surprisingly housefull with lot of family audience in PVR. Movie is bery nice, enjoyed completely. Harish Kalyan and Dinesh deserves more such good movies.

I think the movie progression being slow is needed there as major part of drama is happening there. While Anbu is appreciated a lot as a bowler, there's a chance that he can be a good all rounder but others having no idea about it considering he just plays for other teams as a guest player. So, they maybe gave him only bowling as they thought he's just a good bowler and when he starts his own team, he was able to show his talent as an all rounder. Agree with your points about the ending tho. They already proved their talent to him so making them win is not that much of a stretch. But, winning the match without him making them win, would've been better. Still, I don't think the second half is average in any way.

I don't think harish not knowing about her father is that much of a stretch. Maybe she really wanted to show her family to him by bringing him to home than through photos like how harish does. Regarding Harish not explaining the truth to Bala Saravanan, I think it's just a simple frustration which I related to a lot. When I was too frustrated in an situation, I wouldn't be in a state of mind where I can explain something properly to someone. I will just explain it later after I calmed down myself. So, there's a chance that Harish Kalyan is also in that state of mind.
