There is a lot of smoke coming out. It should be a clean emission after 1 minute of starting!

I just bought a new Vevor a week ago and it never required a self prime. Some of them need it… mine never. Runs like a charm.

In reality it is not that bad (forced air heating in american homes is far more annoying - for me having central heating with silent radiators). And is much less loud than the propane heating in the RV we rented for a road trip.

The problem I had was the fuel line was getting pinched by the red cover (in your case orange) because of the horrible angle of the fuel pump and design of the body. My fix was I ran the fuel line from underneath up the outside of the casing and drilled a hole roughly where the hose connects to the pump. Hopefully this helps somebody.

THe lowest setting it more than enough heat for almost anything outside arctic weather.

When I first turned mine on, I didn't prime it, and there was no smoke at all. It took 2 startup cycles to get it going. The first one errored-out as no fuel. The second one fired up.

Ho acquistato anche io questo modello un paio di mesi fa ma il mio utilizzandolo con gasolio x automobili non fuma assolutamente. La connessione con Bluetooth e la app. è ottima. Ho acquistato separatamente un tubo per lo scarico piú lungo in maniera da portare eventuali fumi più distanti possibile. Io l'ho installato all'esterno e in casa nessun odore e scalda velocemente ovviamente la casa di montagna è piccola.

V spalovacej komore bolo až moc nafty ked to odvzdušnil. Bufik ktory ma nadrž hore nepotrebuje odvzdušnit inak sa zaleje naftou a dymi to potom jak blazon. Na bežné doplnkové kúrenie do domu je výhodné mixovať motorový vypálený prefiltrovaný olej s naftou v pomere 3:10 alebo 4:10 alebo sa dá núdzovo použiť prefiltrovany vypálený kuchynský olej ktorý sa ale smie riedit iba 1:10 inak bude celé okolie vonat jak smažené hranolky ak sa použije viac. Vo fastfoode budú za to aspoň radi lebo nemusia platiť zbytočne viac za likvidáciu oleja. Človek si môže mimo vykurovacej sezóny zbierať liter po litri vypaleny olej a na zimu si kúpi za 150€ 100L nafty a dá sa kúriť defakto ešte lacnejšie jak drevom ak sa to skombinuje spolu s drevom. Bufik ma maximalnu spotrebu 0.7L za hodinu. Ak by išiel 90 dní vkuse nonstop ( predpoklad že 90 dní by bolo priemerne pod nulou za celych tych 90 dní ) na max, zožral by cca 800 litrov pri dobre izolovanom dome. Vypaleny motorovy olej sa dá riedit aj 5:10 ale kazdych pár dní treba bufik nastavit na max aby vypalil usadeniny. A takto si vie clovek nazbierat mimo vykurovacej sezony kludne aj 60L hociakeho oleja takze 160 litrov nafty s olejom by bohato stacilo na skoro celu vykurovaciu sezonu ak sa to skombinuje s drevom.

Nothing happens there for 300 seconds. The pump just bleeds the fuel line. You didn't lose anything.

Hulí to jak studená Avie 😆 Hlavně, že u aut máme už Euro 7. Je to stejně drahé na provoz, jako topení elektřinou.Takže použití dává smysl pouze tam, kde není a není možnost topení dřevem či uhlím.

Pokud to takhe kouří,tak je něco špatně.mé topení nekouří.ano by kde není komín,tam je tohle topení lepší než plynové které smrdí a spotřebovává kyslík

Takhle to kouřilo jen poprvé. Druhý pokus byl již bez dýmových efektů. Nejspíš se vypalovala nějaká mastnota po montáži.

Na odvzdušnění stačí max 30 vteřin. To je jasný že to hulí když tam nechá 5minut cpát naftu 😂

The mistake was that you let the pump prime for 3 minutes when in fact it should have been a maximum of 20 seconds, so you flooded it with diesel fuel and hence the persistent smoke. This is what happens when you don't understand how it works

@@LubosTatra The pump priming time depends on the length of the fuel pipe and, of course, observation with the human eye. You follow until the pumped fuel reaches the diesel heater and then after 1 second, stop the pump.

Mine did not prime for that long and did not even smoke. Also the manual is kind of like if it's translated from chinese to martian, then from martian to ancient greek, and then from ancient greek to english (=really hard to follow and is not at all explaining things properly.).

Caus it's the easiest thing ever. If you don't know how to connect 2 wires you shouldn't install it yourself

Cause that’s literally the easiest part. If you can’t simply hook up two wires then you should not be playing with one of these heaters.

Vevorky s nádrží nahoře není třeba odvzdušňovat, jinak je utopíte. To platí jen pro bufíky s nádrží po straně, anebo ty, které nasávají z nádrže auta. Ten návod je "univerzální"...

voda v nafte , ta dnešna po 2-3 rokoch nepoužitelna.ja namiešal 3dcl na 15L benzinu a ešte ju ten ohrievač zožral. blutut treba , nainstal aplikaciu a sparovat .

This object can only be designed by a demented. What other whatever object needs three stones just to be tested? How on earth can one heat his car (as advertised) if it can't even stand on its feet and if there is no possible position for it to work? Could not the exhaust be placed otherwise, or the standing feet be made higher??!! Vevor Support is totally useless if not irritating: the reply nonsense as if they were plying you around.

It is not standing on its feet because the hexhaust pipe has very long lead-in part (where it doesn't bend) and he did not mess with that. I cut the excess off and it stands on its feet just fine. Chinese engineering

A lead acid lasts one use and then it can go to the scrapyard. These machines use so much electricity you might as well just use a full electric heater and skip all the exhaust funes.

The car battery is only used to test the functionality of the heater. After final assembly, the heating will be powered via a stable power supply.

Why would you use it where you have a stable supply of electricity? It costs more to run per hour with diesel. Better use a full electric heater.

Electric heat would be cheaper? I don't think so, at least not in most jurisdictions. Maybe an electric heat pump - But those have high capital and installation costs, need 240V, and don't work well in extremely cold climates. For lots of applications those Chinese diesel heaters are a total win.

These things use hardly any electricity. At most you're pulling 100w for a few minutes while it heats the glow plug and then it's all fan wattage. You're talking 10-40w. In no possible way could an electric heater equal that efficiency. Granted you're still buying diesel but 1 gallon has lasted me well into two nights of camping in freezing temps.

I own three Chinese diesel heaters. None of them can work without problems for at least a few days. At the moment two are out of order, the third one alternately works and does not work.The 8kw Vevor couldn't even last two days of good work! What kind of damn Chinese junk are they sending us here?!
