Wait so, you were in a lucid dream for 2 hours, but it felt like several days? Awesome! :0 How could you tell,that you were in a lucid dream?
@jesus_xd14832 жыл бұрын
@@Crystal_Kingdom I know i'm not the one that should be replying but to know you're in a lucid dream, you can't do it since dreams are usually "oh its my dog with 3 heads and my totally average house that has the shape of an hexagon, such an average day." but, if you get the sudden tought of dreaming, look at your hands, are they still the same? No? Then try to clap with your hands and see of they just phase through eachother, if any of that happens then rub your hands or spin around (that should make the dream more estable) I'll just add some extras here: don't get to excited if you're in a lucid dream (try to be emotionless),you can wake up from that. Don't tell the people in your dreams that you're dreaming, that also might wake you up too, try not to close your eyes because there is a big chance you wake up from that. And start with your dream slowly so you don't get an adrenaline rush and wake up, (you can ignore that if you know what you're doing) That took long.

So I smoked mugwort the other day and made a tea. When I started to fall asleep I looked over into my left and seen a waterfall. I immediately jumped up which that was the wrong thing to do because I snapped out of it. But tonight I'm going to smoke some Mugwort with little bit of weed and then boil some Mugwort to make some tea. After I'm done drinking the tea I'm gonna get ready for bed then lay down listening to this. With me luck. Sweet dreams everyone 🖤

Wish not with lol and I'm not a dude 🤔 but ya tbh I don't remember that night. The reason why I want to do this is because I was hoping to see my mom. She passed about five months ago. My bfs grandpa was starting to pass. Started to bring up the thoughts of my mom and remembered how I tried smoking muggwort and making a tea worked. I seen a waterfall so I thought I could try to see her. Sadly that night I wrote this comment the next morning my bfs grandpa passed. All I remember that night I was smoken mugwort then listening to this. I don't remember anything but waking up to grandma needing help with trying to move grandpa to make him feel more comfortable in the bed but turned out he was starting to pass... But since then I've been busy. That's why I haven't wrote back.

It's 7 am in the morning, I just finished writing my dream journal. I couldn't really sleep all night, I woke up several times. After not being able to sleep in again, I left our room, where my girlfriend was sleeping peacefully. I layed down in the living room on the couch. I got comfortable on my back and started listening to this meditation. After like 20-30 minutes I almost have up but suddenly I was in a dream. It wasn't anything special because I did not visualize anything concrete beforehand. It was not a lucid dream, but very vivid nonetheless. However, after a while I suddenly was aware that I was laying on the couch. I didn't move. After a few seconds I started to hear a crackling noise in my ears. Then, I could hear a loud popping sound and I knew that I seperated from my body. I felt my hand simply floating up. Such a different and interesting feeling. It was pitch black however. I thought about seeing. A picture was slowly appearing before me. I got too excited and the picture started to fade out. I managed to control it for a little bit, but in the end I got scared of a face that randomly appeared before me and I flew right back in my body. Then I opened my eyes, tried to push my finger through my other palm to check whether I was awake or in a dream. At that exact moment I woke up and saw that I was only 34 minutes in the video. So, it seems like my first OBE was through a not even lucid dream 😂. Thank you so much for making these videos!

I was able to have a lucid dream last night. It's not my first time, I have an history with lucid dreaming. I did sometimes just a few years back and since I'm little. However, i stopped even wanting to have one because of repeating nightmares and stuff (not due to lucid dreaming, but kind of linked). I'm trying to reconcile myself with it cause I think I need it. Last night I woke up after 4 hours and listen to the audio, i felt restless and honestly it was a mess. I thought "I'll probably won't succeed tonight" so it was the weirdest surprise that i did after I had just given up and went to bed. I'm grateful for your help :)

I was listening to a different lucid dream meditation for a long while, but only managed to become lucid once. Was gonna stick with it, but the one time I lucid dreamt was when I was perfectly comfortable, which is too rare for me. Hoping this one works better 🤗 Edit: had a terrible dream, but vivid, then had a very good dream right after on 1st night Edit 2: OK, I've had way too many nightmares when I listen to this. I can't anymore

First time ever lucid dreaming. It just worked, suddenly i hear "your body is asleep" and im like,noh shit i cant move my legs... Both amazing and terrifying. However i spent quite a while in lucid state whichbi guess means i didnt actually sleep or recharge, so i was dead tired next day

Got an awesome dream from this. Thank you a lot. Very odd shapes and low vividity but I was lucid and it was awesome. Basically living the Force Unleashed game. Now i gotta do it again :D Anyone have tips to help with higher... i guess I'd call it image quality, every thing was blobby or out of focus or a flat colour with extremely low detail. It started off crisp but colours were always iffy. Tips for getting sound feeling complete too, sound was nearly non existant even though i was having conversations.

Sometimes trying too hard will ruin your session Lucy 🙏 Don't get discouraged... People often think lucid dreaming is something that is easy to achieve, in fact, it's very hard and takes a lot of practice and patience... Take baby steps, start writing a dream journal to enhance your dream recall, read books from well-known people in the lucid dreaming community 🙏 Our guides are simply a tool that you can use in your sessions to get a better understanding and learn how to do it 😊

I remember the first time I tried lucid dreaming I didn’t do any techniques, I was very interested in it but didn’t do anything and just went to sleep normally. I had a dream that only lasted a few seconds. Basically, I was in a dark room just all black with nothing, and I immediately knew I was dreaming. I couldn’t do much, I only did a reality check to count my fingers and realized I didn’t have to do that because my entire hands were a neon blue and had two extra fingers growing from the side of my ring finger. I got kinda excited and decided to spawn a portal and tried going through it and it didn’t work and I went to a regular dream. It keeps happening but not as often tho. The only things i’ve done while being aware I was in a dream was so reality checks and spin around so I can stay lucid but for some reason I just can’t control my dream and it just goes normally. How do I change that?

The first time. I thought it did something to me too, but it was really me trying hard for something to happen 😂 (which is not bad) it was like i was racing through a tunnel into the darkness of my eyes.
