This season...is a little rough. Fox ordered way too many episodes, which lead to lots and lots of filler. Hang in there, after that you enter the Netflix era where the good stuff happens.

The woman who plays Ella is a real hugger in real life, so every time she hugs someone, the crew never tells that actor Ella will hug them. So, all reactions to Ella's hugs are the actual actor's reactions. A lot of the characters are like the actors who play them, the only different ones is Decker's and Lucifer's actors, German is more like Lucifer, while Tom Ellis is more like Decker.

That was all Lauren German's (Cloe Decker's) idea, it was to show she's just as perverted as Lucifer. Lucifer putting his hand on Ella's head was Tom's. Aimee Garcia (Ella Lopez) didn't know he put his hand on her head, until she saw the episode. But yeah, all the main cast (including Trixie) have the same personality as the characters they play. Only Lauren German and Tom Ellis are reversed. In one of the outtakes, Lauren's phone is set to vibrate, and it goes off. She says right out "Oops sorry, that's my vibrator, it's pretty powerful." Tom loses it, laughing.

Mark 23:18. This show was a bit confusing because I'm used to the ones with a captain in charge, not just a lieutenant. I was disappointed with "The Big Bang Theory" for never revealing Penny's full maiden name. Not even when her family visited! Kaley & Katie were both pleasantly surprised that Katie got to play her mother again after "8 Simple Rules"! Miam's series "Blossom" is the only show referenced that she had been in. The guys are into Fantasy, but Kaley's "Charmed" never got referenced. "Roseanne" was never referenced, et cetera. By my count, Tom Welling has two characters in the multiverse of "DC"! 😊

I thought seeing the wings was just about as dangerous as seeing the devil face. The auction guy saw Lucifer's real wings and he became obsessed with them. He was so drawn to them, he didn't want to let them go. Perhaps Lucifer is disinclined to show them to Chloe because (just like with the devil face) he doesn't know how she'll react and he doesn't want to risk changing their current dynamic. She could go crazy, or become scared of him, or so many other possibilities.

Showing her the cut off angel wings wouldn’t work because she already knows he has wings but she thinks it’s just a cosplay prop thing. So the cut of wings wouldn’t work. As for showing her the wings on his body he doesn’t like having the wings and so he’s not gonna use them to reveal himself because he doesn’t consider them part of who he really is. He doesn’t want decker memory of him revealing the truth to her including the wings he hates so much. It’s not about proofing he’s the devil. He wants to show her the true him. The wings aren’t the true him.
