Lucy-Bleu Knight, Slash's Stepdaughter, Dead at 25

Lucy-Bleu Knight, stepdaughter of Guns N' Roses guitarist, Slash, has died. The musician and his longtime girlfriend, Meegan Hodges, Lucy-Bleu's mom, announced the news Sunday, revealing the 25-year-old died 'peacefully' on Friday in Los Angeles.

People need to redirect their condolences to her actual father, Mark Knight of Bang Tango. Though Slash is no doubt grieving I would imagine that Mark is devastated. We should respect and acknowledge his loss.

The loss of a child no matter the age is a trauma that no loving parent can ever fully recover from. The pain is lifelong but it does fortunately get easier to bear after some time.
