When we were kids we lived in a military housing base in the mountains. Our mother sent us five off for the day with an orange each for the day. We'd climb actual cliffs and play on huge rocks hiking over five miles for the day. I remember us all looking at a nest of baby cobras! We waded through a river to get there. We all survived except for assorted cuts requiring stitches. I think she hoped some of us wouldn't make it back home. We had fun.

The change started in the younger generations when Schools gave everyone participation medals rather than just for those who won, or at a push the top 3 places. My wonderful step children, 21 & 19 have been brought up in our eyes, correctly (like we were, strict, with boundaries, and emphasis on doing enjoyable activities that encourage the mind and creativity, but away from screens) yet they still don't have a clue! If you constantly tell them that everyone is equal and hand them everything on a plate. The moment they enter the real, adult world they just can't function. If everyone gets a participation medal, regardless of if you win or don't even try. Then how do we expect them to cope when they go for a job interview and don't get it? I really do fear for our futures later on in life, when the generations now entering the real world are the ones who are in charge. I'm absolutely gutted that this is the last episode. I've absolutely loved every episode, especially Andre trying to control the topics being discussed and totally getting derailed.

If late term abortions (without medical grounds) are permitted, if post birth babies can be "aborted" then should we also consider "aborting" the parent? What difference is there between a human who has been alive for 7-9 months and one that has been alive for 1-25 years? Note: this is a hypothetical. I am not advocating anyone being pulled apart and slain either within the womb or having experienced the outside world for 20+ years.

I’m pro-choice, and I don’t believe 1st term fetuses can even feel or comprehend, but if a guy feels regret about the abortion then let the guy pray I don’t see why that’s an issue. just to clarify..a 31 week abortion kind of rubs me the wrong way..if your going to do it, anything more then 4 months is a bit..

Your panellists are sadly ignorant about Australia. You should do some research. A. The Voice was to be a debating chamber for elected indigenous Australians. It would not have had ANY legislative power. It's job was to make informed recommendations to Federal Parliament. It's a simple point: if you make legislation which affects me, then you can consult me (my representatives). The live expectancy, employmemt levels, educational levels, and ill health levels of indigenous Australians are all less than those of white and other Australians. This has a direct connection to the policies of the post 1788 treatment of the people whose land was invaded. All the way up to the Stolen Generations. The panellists probably don't know the detail of this, but the multi generational disadvantage is massive. And Lord Monkton seems to think that Australian indigenous folk are not citizens. Wrong!!!
