In the name of all those who can afford calisthenics classes, thank you so much Miss Lucy. Thank you for such detailed videos : level, number of reps, rest time and suggestions for those who have no equipment. I am an intermediate+/advanced aerialist (lyra, hammock, straps) and your videos help me a lot through my everyday practice. By the way, your videos are beautifully shoot, edited, and the musical score is so appropriate ! Can I ask for a video about the crow pose ? May God bless you and yours. From the South of France.

Wanna try this for one of my next workouts. :) Thank you for making me fall in love with calisthenics. During the last weeks I learned do my first pullup (still working on good form) - it's such a milestone for me.

Just an idea: Wouldn‘t it be be good to have some longe static holds in the workout, like e.g. some 30 s plank and reverse plank holds to train that kind of stabilization as well instead of mostly doing dynamic movements/exercises?

Liked the addition of the modified getup with the weight. It's an under utilized movement.

I dont know how it is possible but everytime I do calisthenics I feel like this is what I want to do forever when it comes to workouts. Challenging, yeah, but worth every minute and I never check how much time I have left. Thank you!!! 💞🫡
