I guess unless you're Gordon Ramsay and are intent on eating healthy and working out, even the best of chefs will occasionally not want to cook anything and be lazy. That pot pie is probably for his cheat days when he's lazy or rushed on time.

FIRST MIX OF THE EGG WHITE IN THE BATTER, CAN BE A ROUGH MIX, BUT THE SECOND BATCH INTO THE BATTER , SHOULD BE A GENTLE FOLD SO AS NOT TO DEFLATE THE MERENGUE .
