I started playing in season 1 and players have gotten so much better. I remember it took me 3 seasons to feel like I was playing well and I hit gold. Now I play with my friends in silver games and the mechanics these new/lower rank players have are impressive. I’ve noticed in lower ranks that game knowledge still needs improvement, but players are so much better at the landing phase now.

Max w first for clear speed and more map/gank presence. E second. Q last. If bot is winning you have two options, and it's based on how bad the other lanes are doing and If those lanes are easily gankable. If they are straight up 4 deaths deep by 6-10 minutes and it's an illaoi top lane, it's probably best to leave it alone and pray he stops feeding unless you can set up a gank under your own tower or just outright play strong side for objectives. If they are dead even lanes, you can either try to put those lanes ahead or set up vision control in the enemy jungles bot side to see an opportunity for a countergank, setting your botside further ahead. As a jungle, it's your job to try and keep track of where the enemy jungler is and ping retreat or caution for your lanes to remain safe. But also to set them behind while you scale up faster by counter jungling or taking an objective on the opposite side of the map where a gank is taking place if you can not provide backup. Also, Amumu is REALLY good at taking grubs quickly, even solo, so theyre very easy to sneak. Because you can hit all three with W and E, also E has an INSANELY low cool down from all the hits you are taking while fighting them. Depending on the jungle champion you are playing you can be more objective and farm heavy or gank heavy. In lower elo gank heavy tends to be better because lanes generally don't know where when and how to properly ward AND tunnel even if they do, meaning they don't know how to play a lane safely. As a jungler you will always get flamed because as soon as a lane starts losing they won't take accountability for their own misplay/mispositioning/lack of awareness. So mute team and focus on your win condition, which is knowledge that will come through playing and understanding how champions work and scale.
