Gotta love anything with Luis in it. He has such a positive outlook on everything.

In the real world, even the pros have to deal with being "between sizes"... These vids make it feel like we're trackside, which I assume is the intent with the raw format. NEVER change that! The raw nature is what makes this content next level.

I like how Luiz said at the end that he doesn't track his runs with Strava because he doesn't want to obsess over it. That is so true for us recreational runners. The guy seems so grounded.

Louis is a very interesting guy now making his own channel by his name. Especially his video "No mercy, training in Kenya" illustrates his private training in Kenya and introduces Kipchoge Stadium over there. Thanks for vivid sharing.

I'm in the taper for the Indy full. Trying to go sub 3:30. I've used a lot of these videos for motivation in my training and trying to improve my form by observing a lot of these faster runners. It's nice to see the effort go into these training runs.

I’ve been seeing Luis’ running videos on Instagram for years. Not that they aren’t cool, but they never made me care much about him. But Seeing how he talks, jokes around, acts and prepares for a workout is what really made me a fan

I've never been in a pair of next% or vaporfly but when I wore my endorphin pro on the track, it felt a little squishy for me, like the track wasn't hard enough for the plate to really pop back efficiently. I prefer them for the road and spikes for really fast on the track and then just flats for longer track intervals. Anyone feel any way about this? Still getting adjusted to running on carbon plates, maybe I'm not using then correctly or the nike carbon plate does better on the track than saucony?
@sirfabioo3 жыл бұрын
I like using the vaporfly for track, it‘s quite squishy too, running in spikes definitely is easier but not as comfortable i have to say

Should you run everyday?
@hlulanizitha99203 жыл бұрын
you can if some of those runs are really easy runs to try and help you recover, going hard every single day would fatigue and burn you out quickly while also increasing the likelihood of getting an injury. Personally I use a 3 day split program run 3 days rest one day then repeat, typically i'd do this for three weeks before taking two consecutive days off from running to really try and recover properly.
@stayontrack3 жыл бұрын
elite runners usually run twice a day on most days
