These videos have been so encouraging for me really diving back into running and aiming for PRs before I get too much older. Luis seems like a beautiful person, just a wonderful guy. C'est un vrai plaisir, c'est un vrai bonheur que de courir avec progressivité, sans changement de rythme brutales,... Mais l'accélération effectuée dans le respect de la mise en route progressive de l'organisme, permet de franchir des caps vers l'amélioration de son rythme... Assurer une bonne cadence de course ou nombre de pas par minutes, rester bien relâché au niveau des épaule, des bras, de mains... Gérer et contrôler la meilleure respiration possible en inspirant alternativement profondément par le nez puis après plusieurs foulées où j'expire très fortement, j'inspire cette fois-ci par la bouche. La stimulation obtenue par voie nasale, contribuera à améliorer cette dernière, bucale... Elle deviendra plus ample et plus profonde... A cela, il va falloir, il faut penser à assurer une bonne technique de sa course. Il faut penser à assurer sa cadence et son nombre de pas par minutes, à abaisser son bassin pour permettre de prolonger plus loin en arrière, les propulsions de ses chevilles... Sans tarder, il faudra faire en sorte, d'engager rapidement l'autre genou vers l'avant, et chercher plus loin en avant le prochain impact qui s'engagera sous le centre de gravité et non pas devant... Cettes sortes de sauts bondissants permettront de gagner les quelques millimètres, ou pour les plus chanceux, les quelques centimètres qui contribuent à l'amélioration de la vitesse de course. Si besoin, il faut relâcher cet effort pour éviter de se mettre en sur régime,... pour y revenir dès que l'organisme se sent prêt à y travailler... ne serait-ce que quelques instants. Voilà, il faut accepter d'être patient, il faut courir au train, au train, toujours au train... Une accélération soudaine ou brutale parce que j'ai hâte d'arriver, parce que j'ai hâte d'en finir, va surtout me contraindre à ralentir ou même à marcher plus vite que je n'imagine. Ainsi, l'espoir de finir en boulet de canon tombera immédiatement à l'eau... Allez faisons-nous plaisir, c'est tellement de bonheur💝💝💖💖👍 👍.

Probably for traffic. And I get the dudes are biking with him but I'm betting they drop back or pull ahead and get over when cars pass. Idk these roads but that would be my guess. Can't trust drivers when you're out there running
