I usually don’t like videos in “real time” where I have to watch cutting, gluing and paint drying (lol). But with you, your voice is so soothing and you are explaining your thought process....I am just listening and as you cut or glue it’s like “story telling” time and I don’t want to miss the next thing you say! I don’t even notice that you are cutting or gluing, it’s just like sitting with a friend and having a conversation 😊. I really appreciate you and all of Tim’s makers, you give so much inspiration!! TYFS!! ❤️🦋💜

Luise, I so enjoy watching you go through the processes, encountering the difficulties, and getting through them. Sometimes the 'simplest' things DO give me the most difficulty. I think that's especially true when you're making it to give or show somebody else versus yourself. Keep doing what you do your way, because you do it, and explain it, so well. Thank you.
@mariarapp3090 Жыл бұрын
It is therapy listening to an artist describe the process and watch it in real time! If I am short on time, I can just fast-forward. Thank you! All the pockets and tucks were so cool in Tim’s video!
@birgitjohnson3668 Жыл бұрын
You are at your best when you are showing your videos and process in real time, talking to us and letting us learn in real time without editing. I especially like when you laugh during your makes as something catches your imagination. I’ve watched almost all of your videos, some several times over. You are never boring, and I prefer sitting with you the entire time without speeding up the content. I also enjoyed this video with the voice over.

This is great! Thank you Luise for putting in the time to add the voice-over ... soooo much work! I completely understand what you're saying because you're "showing" us too ... and if I don't get something I can just rewind. Great to see you work through all of this. Thank you!
@julia_l-c Жыл бұрын
I don't mind you speeding up the videos a little, but do also enjoy seeing that things take *time* - sometimes lots of time lol. Even when you speed up your videos and edit things out, you always keep some of your process and include some of your struggles - which is greatly appreciated, and does help us realize that struggles happen to everyone...and you're great at showing how you work through the struggle to still get amazing art in the end 💜

"the struggle is real" isn't that the truth! Great basis for a project. Love the finished one that Tim showed.

I am one of those who appreciates seeing all the successes and struggles in a process video. These journals are so awesome. They look great and they look like fun to make or would be fun to receive and explore all the pockets (so far). I am equally anxious to see the other videos for decorations and/or embellishments. And your explanations are wonderful. Some things may seem more awkward but I appreciate your explanations as to why you do the steps you do. I've done enough various projects to understand that the easiest or fastest way is not always the best for the situation! Your video is wonderful, your English is clear and I love watching your videos. Thanks for sharing. 💝💝💝

Thank you, Luise, for being so astute about what a beginner (or at least, not an expert!) needs to see when trying to replicate your work! I have had that exact problem when I tried to make something that I watched being made. (But not everything was in the video!), so I didn’t know that little pieces might need an adjustment!! I’m thrilled to see that being included in your video! Your work is so incredible & even if grungy, it needs to be exact as possible! I’m constantly blown away by your creations! I had to laugh at the little bit of green & red that snuck into your journal & you even included the scrap, so as not to waste it! Too funny! I’m looking forward to the next videos! Erica❤

There's no wrong, but only different. But I know what you mean by saying that. I think you came to a very important point, when you think it's wrong. Because in that moment you're able to reflect what you don't like and you have the chance to find alternatives and that's how growing as an artist works... in my eyes.
