Divisoria has sections depending on what you're after. It's a place for getting things wholesale and its where retailers sourced their goods. If it gets too congested I go to any of the several air conditioned malls. It's good that you have Roy to help you out. He even showed you where to get Gilas our official Philippine basketball team.

Ube or Purple Yam is a common root crop here in the Philippines. It can be made into a jam, dessert, a mixed ingredient on your Halo Halo. I remember a neighbor of ours gave us the crop. Well? To make a dessert out of it is a tedious process so hats off to those vendors out there for the patience in satisfying our gustatory senses 😌

For me, it is also a testament of how rich and diverse Filipino culture is.

I still can't get over how you constantly refer to jeepneys as limos hehehe. Growing up, that analogy did not graze my mind, probably because we have this notion that limos are for the rich while jeepneys are for the masses.
