Information for you: 3:23 Silver dollars, relatives to the Piranha, but they grow a bit smaller and eat mostly plant matter 3:38 Synodontis, they grow around a foot long but are smaller than common plecos. They are known as upside down catfish because they can swim upside down without being immobilized or paralyzed like most other species. 3:58 Pacu, another relative to the Piranha, this time they grow bigger, notice how pacus like this one don't have these sort of folded lips that they use to conceal their sharp teeth. Pacu have flatter teeth used to crush fruits. I love your content and this video was quite entertaining, keep on making videos!

For the srimp, is bettet you would get one Calcium-Mineral block and a sepia-bone. Just drop them into your aquarium and the schrimp ging to love it. It's going to help them build their outer schell. Also, they pritty much enjoy greens like cucumber, carrots, peas and cooked brokkoli. So basicly what you feed to your goldys, you can easyly feed the schrimp 😊

The way i know to tell shrimp apart is by their tail and size. Males are typically smaller and their tail comes to a point while females are bigger and have a more teardrop shaped tail. I believe i saw two males and 3 females although it was hard to tell. Don't be afraid if you can't find them people usually say for every shrimp you see their is ten that you don't and they breed every couple of months so you will have so many shrimp before you know it.

How do you keep your sponge filters going in the no water change tank? Mine always plug I can not keep them going strong like yours. Is it my pump?
@trumancremers633720 сағат бұрын
I found from my own experience that when i didn’t change the water in my planted tanks my shrimp would have trouble molting because the mineral content got so high, causing their shells to become too hardened. Might want to watch out for that

Cherry shrimp (neocaridina) breeds like crazy, you should get some for your goldfish too. Goldfish won't eat them, as they're to fast, and they will eat some algea too. Other than that they don't poop a lot and will eat the food that the goldlish left out.

Luke it’s about time! I have gotten 15 cheap cherry shrimp that some are blue and some red while’s others have weird patterns and some are even clear. I started with those 15 in my betta tank as an experiment to see if my betta would eat them. She did not but sometimes she bothers them but that’s why I have lots of java moss and other plants. Now I have 40+ that I’ve counted when I put some food in after about one year. They do a really good job cleaning algae as I have just a little bit of hair algae that they don’t eat!

I wouldn't put shrimp with goldfish and pleco, the goldfish can eat the shrimp no matter if it's a adult or not. Plecos usually leave alone the adult shrimps and sometimes eat the babies.

I would recommend you don’t buy more shrimp yet. Check on these too see how they’re acclimating. If they survive a few days, then I’d say it’s safe to get more. For me, I got a few shrimp, loved them, got more, and they all started dying out till I had none left. They can be very picky with their water parameters. That or I might have done something horribly wrong…

At first thought wow they gave that arowana room to actually move but... those birds are in appalling conditions. The rabbits in those teeny cages to. Omg :( the nest box in that super teeny cage to omg ... seriously how do stores get away with that crap. Dowel only perch? Bumblefoot, infection, death. Guarantee they only eat seed or pellets. Fatty liver disease etc. Lack of space leading to muscle decline, boredom, stress behaviour (cockatiel screaming it's head off). Nest boxes in such a loud area with strangers walking in and out could lead to severe stress of parent birds or babies and parents may attack their babies. I've never actually seen birds in cages that small before in a store. I've seen bad stores (no food or water provided other than a single millet) that have given them far bigger cages!
@timeabandoned25822 сағат бұрын
Also to add if you pause it. That poor cockatiel. Literally can only move left and right about 3 steps in either direction. 3 budgies in a cage double that size is BAD because they cannot escape if one attacks and having an odd number definitely leaves you prone to one getting jelouse or picking on the other. Sometimes in pairs to. The bullies ones likely being on the lower perch. Appauling
