Since the Heki 1370 dried tree foliage packs seem to be no longer available anywhere, did you have a similar alternative? Otherwise, it's a sea of confusing foliage products that often need to be imported to see if suitable or not.

Great video !! I was born in Torrance in 1954 ! I remember Those trees on the blvd. Sat under them and watched parades. Later in Ventura, we had tree houses in the Tops of those eucalyptus trees !

Nicely done Luke! For some really nice trees you can also use sagebrush and clip the branches to take the shape of a tree then glue the armatures onto that. I’ve had some amazing results using that method and as far of the tree trunks/branches themselves, I have yet to see that method topped for realism! I just posted about them in my latest video as well over on my channel actually if you’re at all interested. Love your channel, it as been a huge inspiration both in your builds and video style! Thanks Luke for all that you do!!

Torrance Blvd does have a great stand of eucalyptus trees. I know because I lived in Torrance. The eucalyptus in California wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Frank C. Havens planted 8 million of them in Northern California thinking he'd make a killing on the wood. Turns out eucalyptus trees have to be about 100 years old for their wood to of any practical use. California eucalyptus are mostly used for windbreaks or ornamental purposes, like Torrance Blvd. They are nice for that and your models are always cool.

Luke. I don't know if you've heard of an amazing novel written by a colombian nobel prize winner named Gabriel Garcia Marquez. The name of the novel is "100 years of solitude". He created a whole imaginary town, 'Macondo', where all kind of amazing things happen. How awesome it would be if you recreated that town, I'm pretty sure you'd be very famous here in Colombia. Just giving ideas to take your incredible ability to another level, worldwide known. Greetings from Colombia!

Loved the video! As for personal opinion and constructive criticism I think most of the smaller effects were really fun and added a lot to the charm of the video. Some of them were a little over the top for my taste though. I echo that you should keep using them and working out where they are best used in the future!
