This is a great machine. Have had mine for over 5 years now and with just the basic maintenance and cleaning mentioned here, it's still running as good as new.

There is an inner filter. How do you replace that one? It's white. I got inner filter replacements but no instructions on how to do it. Not the black filter, the white one behind it.

I think that the unit is designed to work with one or the other. The manufacturer only has the black foam filter which is washable and good for quite a while. So, I do not think that you need the white one unless you want an extra layer.

Hello. I have a question. When I initially received my Luna II, I was instructed to use the grey foam filter with the white foam filter. You only use the black foam filter. Is there any difference? I appreciate the advice. Thank you.

it is designed to work with the just the black foam or the disposable filter. Both are not necessary.

I am not sure. I would reach out to your supplier to see if it can be repaired or replaced.
