Growing up in India, Kathi rolls were one of my favorite street foods. Just taking one bite takes me down the memory lane…
These Kathi rolls (wraps) are super easy to make and can be eaten as a snack or a full meal!
Our cat, Nugget, often likes be in the kitchen with me, watching me prepare all the ingredients and cook. Sometimes he falls asleep in the middle ;) Perhaps he is just waiting for treats? Anyways, enjoy this wholesome, feel-good video from this afternoon!
This paneer sabzi (mixture) would make ~10 medium sized rolls. Here is the ingredient list to easily add to your grocery cart :)
2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 medium onion
2 Serrano peppers
1 block of 400g Paneer
2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste (I added 3 tsp)
This recipe is also ginger and garlic free, but feel free to add some in the beginning along with cumin if you wish. I made vegetarian version this time. Chicken rolls are also super popular! Should I make that next time?
As always, subscriptions and likes are very helpful for Nugget and us! Thank you :)
