Have you ever seen videos “Anti-Haul”. It’s where the KZbinr goes through new releases items and say what they won’t be buying. (Books, makeup, clothing, any collectibles). You don’t need to worry about offending anyone. A 1 minute intro would suffice. You are fun. I love your videos.

To be honest, i wouldn’t choose “worst bags” to categorize these bags because, you simply don’t own any of these, so how can you evaluate them? You have to try, use often, and it is not a “try on” in store that provides you an accurate evaluation. In my opinion, of course. I think it would be a better video, if you had pick some of your bags and choose those which are indeed, the “worst for you”, from a personal experience. Because the bags you pick in this video, you have zero experience. Simple as that :)

In your previous vlogs, you did say you were going to not purchase trends but instead valued/timeless pieces that speak to you. I mistook this video for bags you've purchased and ended up hating. Hi Lydia, thanks for doing this video, I understand your reasoning for not purchasing these items even though I secretly love the Multi bag from LV. 😫😫 (guilty pleasure) My only feedback is that you cannot please everyone, no matter how much you try, and the bigger you get, the more exposure you'll have to people who disagree with some of the things you say (some would even be outright nasty). I agree with some of the comments that it seems like you were apologising alot which took something away from the video enjoyment itself. I know it's hard to ignore people's negativite comments but I think they come with the growth and exposure you have unfortunately. Just remember that you do get a lot more love than hate which is great. Instead of letting the hate to (maybe) 'dictate' (for lack of a better word) how you do your videos, look at this as a personal growth opportunity on how to effectively deal with negative people, the skill will only serve you well as you get bigger. Also, you mentioned about your friends having these bags and I believe good friends know your heart and would be happy with a disclaimer at the intro and would proceed to enjoy the video and not take it very seriously. I disagree with some of my friends purchases all the time and Vice versa, and we are still friends till today. I've come to the conclusion (with little thought bc it seems quite obvious to me) these life style/fashion blogger/KZbinr types must be incredibly secure bc they're easy target for peoples petty criticisms. People will complain about the silliest things. Here's an original thought, if you're not a fan of Lydia's long winded intros fast forward. You're in control & it's an easy fix. If you're not a fan of hauls or wardrobe clear outs. Don't click the video. Again the viewer is in direct control of the content they consume. & for pities sake stop complaining about the amount of clothing & beauty products these people own. Some people just don't understand the word anti-haul. It is very common in the makeup creators side and i think, it is also a little common here in the luxury world. And at this age of sustainability and being aware of the environment, streamlining our collections and not buying just because its a trend is very apt. Lydia has always expressed her need to streamline and filter her collection so i think this video is very fitting. Each one of us can always take what she's saying with a grain of salt. And her opinions are her opinions. We can all agree to disagree. And at the end of the day, you buy what you love. It is your money. So don't get offended when somebody doesnt like your purchase.
