I found myself playing a LOT of labs (PVE Mode) During the zombies event. Given that Labs was free and you could climb on top of something and be protected from the constant hoard, It felt like it made the risk/reward ratio a little more fair. Using a shotgun with flesh ammo to deal with the hoard, and something with a scope to deal with the shooters. I had a hell of a time on any other map, and forget doing scav runs I never had enough ammo to deal with the hoards.

When the event dropped, Labs was almost impossible. With the decreased zombie spawns, it became the best map for loot runs. Definitely felt bad for the players that didn't have elite strength and metabolism. Tony is right though, the rewards for quest completion and achievements were not worth the effort. BSG should have done a permanent cosmetic item to wear or display in the hideout.

@@KaiMederos The achievement and task rewards were okay, the real issue was everything else. Whenever I was caught up on zombie tasks, I would either look for a map with no zombies or just stop playing the game. You know an event is bad when it literally pushes you to just wait until it's over. My #1 complaint was that there wasn't always at least one map without zombies.

I just got mobbed by a dozen zombies the moment I entered every map. Soon as I shoot it got so much worse. If i managed to live that long. they would crowd you so you couldn't even knife them because you can't' bend your arms.

The only good thing about the Zombie event was being able to kill passive Bosses. I already had Kappa (PVE) by then, but my friends were able to get a lot of Jager quest completed. Also, the few kills I managed to get on Killa for track suit when Interchange became zombie free before the event ended.

It's still (sadly) ultra nerfed..... BSG needs to dial back the nerfs on the Aug by quite a bit imo.... let's be honest, the gun wasn't exactly a meta staple of the community to begin with....did it REALLY need this much nerfing? I'd argue that no, no it did not lol.
