This is one of those timeless workout tapes - exercised every day with this one when I was in my teens and '20s. I wish someone would upload the entire tape to KZbin since it's nowhere to be found for actual sale and it'd be fun to workout to this again. Thanks for posting this - great memories. Lyle was a beast - RIP buddy.

WTF did I just watch? I was hoping for a nasty weight lifting regime of pure adrenaline and weight pumping. I got a class of people lifting 10 pounds behind him. Plus dude has milk jugs for weights.
@mknlivewire15 жыл бұрын
The reason he's using milk jugs is because in the full video he gives a motivational talk to people that don't have weights available or can't afford them saying that you can always effectively improvise so no excuse for not working out.

Soft the dude probably squats well over 500 his core is stronger then some 100 pound weakling with a 4 pack bud
@mikeanderson57729 жыл бұрын
Your sort of right and sort of wrong. Most of the support strength went to his back (which he also went all out on) but no matter what you do, heck even curls, your using core strength. abs just weren't an emphasis back then thats all im saying. But i do somewhat agree.

You ever saw Lyke Alzado: a football life. Dude was shredded from head to toe.

hollywood21639 Nope. He wasn’t a liar. He could’ve said nothing about his steroid use and not tarnish his legacy, but he told everyone. Yes, I know it didn’t cause brain cancer, but he was a man, and admitted his mistake.
@afranks8566 Жыл бұрын
How did he go to his grave a liar if he owned up to it and admitted that he did them? That doesn't make any sense!!
