I'm no drummer, but hearing guys talk about Lyle's posture.. to me, I think we're seeing pure athleticism with no regard for the future. He did what he had to do to crush it. This music is unfathomable to play live to begin with. To do it with great posture as if you're gonna do it for 30 years seems impossible. But idk what i'm talking about.

I have many albums under my back as a Death Metal drummer. Straight back slows things down (you have to put your back into it!). The smart things is to switch it up and Lyle will not suffer any long term damage because his heart it about to burst. See Nils: he does the same.
