Been on a rugby international in Scotland and yes it was lush there. Unfortunatley, the weather puts me off and time off work is a bit like when we went to Europe. I lived in Penkridge for 25 years .bridgehouse is a lovely pub .it is regularly used by motorhomes overnight and is quiet . Chinese evergreen across the road is very good .tackeroo looked lovely .if you come back to tackeroo .try springslade lodge cafe by war cemetry about 10 mins on bikes and birches Valley close by with cafe 😊 hope all is well when you get back.

I forget sometimes how lucky we are to live on the edge of Cannock Chase. There are some world class cycle routes that where built for the Commonwealth Games. Others include the dog and the monkey. We went to Lockerbie last year as Steve was in 40 Commando when it happened and was part of the clear up operation however Madge our motorhome at the time was too big for us to find a parking space.
