I considered Lyte Gaming at one time then I saw your video about them. I dug in deeper and saw the numerous complaints from customers who paid and got nothing or did not get what they paid for. Too many red flags equals no green cash for them. Thank you sir.

They represented it as a "cancellation fee" apparently. As if it cost the SI anything to cancel an order. They did muddy the waters by sending out orders right after someone requested a refund as shown in the video. Garbage company.

​@@Bankrollkey dispute will unfortunately take up to 30 days, lyte has 15 days to counter the dispute and provide evidence. And my bank has 15 days to review it. I submitted my call logs and emails showing I had attempted to call over 20 times and sent 3 emails, one of which was a cancelation request. If they ship it to me, I'm sending it straight back. I don't want a pc that was put together haphazardly by someone worried about their future employment.

ordered ryzen 5 7500f, 6500xt, 16gb ddr5, instead got a ryzen 5 5500, 6500xt, and 16gb ddr4 Gpu was broken aswell so pc would randomly shut down. After reaching out for support lyte technician told me to "unplug the surge protector" i did nothing changed. Then they ignored me then shut down.

I ordered a pc from them 2 years ago and maybe I just got lucky but it is still up and running I’ve upgraded the pc over time but still have some of the components they put in the build I do feel bad for others who were scammed only thing I can say they took 2 months to ship my pc I paid for at the time it was $2300

Thanks! As for Radium PCs, I gave them a quick look and I saw that they have tons of systems even up to $2,000 that come with a 500GB M.2 drive as their only storage. That's awful. That's enough storage for Windows and like...2 or 3 AAA games. Storage is cheap, but apparently Radium PC is cheaper. Plenty of other great options out there :) Edit: Just wanted to add that I understand they're an Australian company. However, the pricing was set to USD. That system should come with a 1 or 2 TB drive.

I had brought from them back in 2020 when I was first getting into PCs and the waiting time was decent. But the PC was completely ass would freeze up on me when playing basic games like house flipper HOUSE FLIPPER and game not graphic intensive. Best Buy had to add some fans because the GPU was over heating after I got it a year after. Went to build my PC this year with the help from a discord mod from your discord. This is just terrible.

I've legitimately told people to pick up a Dell Optiplex with a 8th I7 and toss in a decent gaphics card in it instead of Lyte gaming pc, even tho going that route is not the greatest its still a better value than picking up one of their gaming pcs

The SI can fight chargebacks, though they do sometimes go through. As for small claims court, the legal fees would likely surpass any amount won in a suit, and that's IF the suit is won. A class action suit might have worked, but then it would just mean like $30 for everyone involved. Lyte knew what they were doing, which only makes it worse.

Wow, all news to me. Over the past 5 years (not since they moved) I’ve bought 3 PC’s from them but may have a different experience since for me it was local (Chicagoland) and I always went there to pick up the machines and talk to them. Never had any issues but was very sure what I wanted in each machine. Though each time they were in a new warehouse expanding. I suppose selling to the other company and expanding too fast was a big issue.

Most of the issues reported to me happened prior to the move. It's likely that you benefitted from being a local customer and could more easily hold them accountable if they did their typical bait and switch with components. Your experience was the exception rather than the rule.

Other than the blame being attributable to the leadership, it's a different situation IMO. AB had a team of great builders putting out solid systems. Lyte's policies and terrible system configs didn't really allow for good systems to be produced.

I unboxed their Player Two Prime live on stream and sure enough, there were three loose screws tumbling around inside the case. I didn't let it slide and thoroughly criticized them for their lack of quality control. They've since publicly committed to overhauling their QC for all pre-builts. We'll see how that goes!

If you can't cancel your order, dispute the charge with your credit card company. There's no telling whether or not you're going to receive a PC.

Sent 2 emails with no response before finally requesting cancelation via email since you cant cancel on their website. However, on their Instagram they told me customer service is still active, seems that was a lie. Lmao.
