मॅडम, आप बहुत अच्छा बताते है मै आप बताये योगा २०दिनसे करता हु मगर घुटनोकी आस पास की सुजन कम नहीं हो रहि है . सुजन कम करने के लिये कुछ योग या थेरपी बताये. मेरी आयु ६० वर्ष है. उंची १५७सेंटिमिटर और वजन ५८ किलो है

बहोत बढिया. सिर्फ एक बात है.. पहेला exercise करने के बाद लोअर बॅक पेन चालू हो जाती है. इससे होता है या मै अपना दुसरा exercise करता हुं.... पीठ पे लेट के दोनो घुटने छाती के पास लेके होल्ड करना... इससे लोअर बॅक पेन होता है... समझता नहीं है. धन्यवाद

Pain is a cry of nerves, so, do not put un necessary pressure on them till, they are healed, only slightly massage on them with slightly warm oil and, keep the, affected area warm. Give it complete rest till recovery.
