巧克力舒芙蕾不失敗的3個tips:
1. 做巧克力麵糊時要先加入巧克力讓它利用麵糊的溫度融化巧克力後

白砂糖 Sugar 40g
鹽Salt 1g
(刷模具用)For mold brushing:
無鹽黃油 2匙 Unsalted butter 2 spoons
白砂糖 2匙 Sugar 2 spoons
🔥烘烤溫度: 200℃ oven temperature 200℃
🕑烘焙時間: 12-15分鐘Baking time 12-15 minutes
