椰汁香芋西米露
材料:
芋頭 約450g
西米 80g
椰汁 400ml
冰糖 適量
水 600g
鹽 少許
芋頭味雪糕 2杯
做法:
水滾後加入西米煮5分鐘至半透明,然後關火焗5分鐘至全透明
西米浸冷水備用
芋頭去皮切粒,蒸10分鐘
取出一半芋頭,然後將餘下的芋頭壓爛
鍋內加入水和椰汁,煮滾後加入雪糕
加入冰糖和鹽
然後加入芋頭粒和西米

Taro saga with coconut milk
Ingredients:
Taro around 450g
Saga 80g
Coconut milk 400ml
Crystal sugar appropriate amount
Water 600g
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Taro ice-cream 2 cups
How to make:
Cook saga in boiling water for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and rest for 5 minutes until the saga turns to colourless
Soak saga in cold water for further use
Peel taro and chop it into cube, then steam it for 10 minutes
Take half of the taro for further use and smash rest of it
Put water and coconut milk in a pot, boil it; add taro ice-cream
Add crystal sugar and salt to adjust the flavour
Mix taro and saga with coconut milk and serve
