【妈妈食谱】酿豆卜
此食谱份量:3 - 4人
✿材料
• 猪肉碎 500克(半肥瘦)
• 豆卜 1包
• 盐 1茶匙半
• 斋耗油 1汤匙
• 生抽 1汤匙
• 胡椒粉 半茶匙
• 炸蒜米 适量 (选择性)
• 葱花 适量 (选择性)
✿步骤
1. 首先,将500克的猪肉碎和调味料搅拌均匀
2. 接下来,将豆卜都剪开一个口
3. 将酿料塞入豆卜中
4. 将一锅水煮沸后,放入锅中蒸25分钟(中大火)
* 进锅前可加入半碗清水 + 一茶匙的生抽作为汤汁
5. 25分钟后,可以加入喜欢的配料,比如:蒜米,葱花,辣椒等等。。。
6. 一道简单又美味的菜肴就完成啦~

[Mum’s Recipe] Steamed tofu puff with minced pork
(Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
✿Ingredients
• 500g of minced pork
• 1 pack of tofu puff
• 1½ teaspoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster flavored sauce
• 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon of white pepper powder
• Fried garlic (optional)
• Chopped green onion (optional)
✿Steps
1. Firstly, season the minced pork with below ingredients, stir accordingly.
- Salt
- Vegetarian oyster flavored sauce
- Light soy sauce
- white pepper sauce
2. Cut tofu puff open as video shown. @0:42
3. Stuff the season minced pork into the tofu puff.
4. Boil a pot of water, steam the tofu puff for about 25 mins (medium to high heat)
*Before putting in the tofu puff, try adding half bowl of water + 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce to add more flavor. (Optional)
5. After 25 mins, you can add in your favorite side ingredients, such as: fried garlic, chopped green onion, chili etc.…
6. The simple and yummy dish is now ready to serve~
