recipe: Bread flour 300g Sugar 30g Salt 3g Yeast 5g 15g milk powder (optional) 1 egg Milk + warm water 160g (half half) Butter 20g Shredded coconut filling: 80g shredded coconut Sugar 40g (can be added or subtracted) Butter 40g 1 egg (Mix all. Keep at room temperature for later use) Dough: Bread flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, yeast, eggs, and milk are all mixed Let stand for 30 minutes Push it apart and add butter Ferment for about 1 hour Take out the dough to exhaust Round into equal portions and rest for 15 minutes The dough is evenly pushed out and smeared with coconut filling Put in the mold after modeling Coat the egg liquid after the second fermentation

Thank you for your quick response. Do you mean 80g water and 80g milk, or 160g half & half in lieu of the milk water mixture?
