That was the point is that she doesn't understand what Bruce is going through so she expresses her trauma the only way she knows how. It's episode 1 of 9 episode series. TV shows often times have their characters at their unlikable or their worst so they develop over the course of the series. Now if your problem is that they didn't convey that enough in the series then I can understand problem because that something I had with a problem with. But at the same time let's not pretend that weren't people who ill intentions and complained about certain scenes being out of context without giving the show fair chance to speak for itself. Besides if your argument is that Jennifer "mansplains" Bruce in the first episode then it's only fair for me to complain about the first 15 minutes of Iron Man because Tony Stark is an egotistical narcissistic billionaire who onlys about money regardless of who he sells his products to and views women as sex objects. When the point is that he starts out like so he becomes a better man throughout the film. There is a moment between when she is looking at him and looking back at the camera where she stares off into the air for a sec (clearly thinking something about critical/not positive by expression), and then right as she arrives back at looking at the camera she clenches her jaw/neck muscles and maybe even takes a gulp. Lastly, fearing people will read what's in her head through her eyes, she widens them unusually wide a couple times as she tries to feign a happy demeanor including how her eyes should look -overthinking it such that the change in eyes is unnatural and noticeable. EVERYTHING in what I just described suggests SERIOUS discomfort and/or disgust 😂.

She-Hulk is a show I can't figure who it's for. It's about a superhero who doesn't do very many superhero things (And is frankly awful at it when she does), a lawyer who is the WORST at her job (Not to mention, the writers can't figure out whether she's a criminal or civil lawyer), a dating farce with no resolution, a sex comedy that is too timid for frankness or insight, a workplace comedy with no interesting side characters to bounce humor from or insight into the workplace, an empowerment story that simultaneously makes its protagonist a blithering idiot and a narcissist, female-centric storytelling that paints all of its female characters in stereotypes (It felt as though I should have had boxes of chocolates and tampons nearby while watching this dreadful show, especially when Jen would have one of her outbursts of anger. So much for controlling that anger "...infinitely more than you!" Don't worry, ladies, I have Meg Ryan rom-coms on standby), a show about fashion that has no sense of fashion, a commentary about social media made with the understanding of a middle-aged wine mom or older (What are those memes on the Intelligentsia website? "Guilty...of dressing like a man" was one of those memes I remember specifically. I'm sorry, is Jen being harassed and stalked by men who want to kill her and/or take her powers or being dunked on by catty women and gay men for her poor fashion choices?), and a commentary about self-help and new age healing that is toothless (They really should have studied the 1995 film, Safe. It's outstanding and intelligent. Hell, it's funnier than She-Hulk even though it's a rather grim film). Gee, I wonder why there won't be a second season?
