Thanks for the recipe. I love coconut tart and will try to recreate it. We have unsweetened and sweetened coconut in Canada but I think HK probably uses sweetened coconut.
Note: 奧克蘭2022人口,166萬; IKEA announced earlier it will open in Sylvia Park; COSTCO fuel just opened and COSTCO store will open in August in West Auckland
Btw Gloria, if you’re a kiwi, you’ve working rights in Australia. There are IKEA stores, Apple stores, plenty of world class bakeries and patisseries; Lune, Black Star, Uncle Tetsu, etc just to name a few.

其實去到Auckland 可以去Queen St 同New Market 都有一啲亞超,有各種麵粉買。 唔一定去PnS or Countdown:)
Hi Gloria, try out an Asian bakery in Wellington called Cube Bakery & Cafe located at 240 Taranaki Street Mount Cook.

People need to know that.. a lot of the HK food are really fusion food.... Many countries have basic descriptions. And they don't lock it down. Or patent it. If something is patented then it means that it is... Like thousands of years old.... If a city has no Ikea is a good thing. Not every country has franchises..... Many people don't want it either.
