Hahah yeah, I’ve been hella busy with work and a few other sci-fi gun projects. Stay frosty because I’ve been working on three different guns simultaneously and two are complete. The other one is another Aliens gun that’s not quite finished yet but will be nuts once it’s done.

@@tauruslove86how much to build me one, or at least ship me the proprietary parts so I can build it myself? This piece has been a bucket list item since I was a kid. I am in Texas so the SBR and SBS laws won't be an issue.
@RuFi0000000 Жыл бұрын
@@preparedmindstrongspirit5724 @@preparedmindstrongspirit5724 No offense but his pieces are quite expensive and you can't just casually ask him to buy one. There are a lot of hoops he has to jump through and he doesn't have the time to do pieces for other people. I ended up paying 75K for my piece, and offered another 5k after it was done to push the project up 3 weeks to completion. Be prepared to pay that as a _starting_ point. You might think that's steep, but with that being said, I _genuinely_ believe this man is this generation's Nikola Tesla of firearms. This firearm prototype he made me -- I have never seen a more genius design. The interchangeable parts were all machined by hand using the highest quality industrial equipment. You would think the rifle he made for me came from a multi-million dollar military contractor. The fact that one person made this astonishes me, and I honestly think I probably underpaid for what I got. The manual he wrote for it....I can _barely_ understand how it all works. It has taken me weeks of studying it, and I've been making my own firearms since I was 17 years old, and I'm in my 50s now, so I know how it all should work. But this gun...There are _so_ many different parts that seem like they shouldn't go together, but they operate perfectly, the closest thing I can compare it to is like an expensive swiss watch in gun form. I genuinely believe he is going to end up surpassing some of the most famous weapon makers of all time, because from this rifle he made me alone, just as a "whatever" side project - it's quite literally the most detailed, complicated, high-quality and unbelievable prototype firearm I have ever handled or shot. It outperforms every AR and rifle I have ever handled, by far, and weighs less than all of them. Not to mention having digital displays and the augmented heads up display paired with it, that won't give your position away as it can only be seen illuminated when looking straight at it, and is invisible from all other angles. The auto-reload feature can store up to 5 magazines in the gun that change almost immediately upon emptying a mag, and it comes with a separate mag-loader companion. You just dump rounds into the box, close it, and within 30 seconds it will reload all five mags. So you can store five mags in the gun, ready to shoot, and while you are shooting, your companion reloader is filling empty mags. This system allows you to never have any down time as long as you have rounds. Finally, I have no idea how he made something this complicated to be laser accurate and I have fired almost a thousand rounds in different weather conditions and it hasn't failed _once_ - not even close to failure. I should have paid 200k for this, and I feel insanely lucky that I have what will probably be a historical firearm worth multi-millions when he becomes a famous gun maker. I have been sworn to secrecy but I honestly have the money to be sued, this man cannot keep this technology a secret, his genius needs to be revealed to the world, and even if he tries to play this off as a joke, I will keep spreading the word about this firearm, because I am convinced this has to be something from the _future_ because this is too unbelievable for one person to have made in their spare time.

Man. That's probably the most faithful recreation of a fictional firearm I've ever seen. It does bum me out a little bit that with all these really awesome designs in games and movies that there's no real-world applicable function to their more distinct parts, so in the end most of the time when it's made into a real gun it's pretty much just a shell with no purpose.
