I found that you have to push the plastic clip on the larger hose in all the way or it will leak and give you a code after you have cleared it.

Hey man, could you please tell me where the wire comes from, and also if you could tell me the colours of the wire ( by pulling back that rubber pice on the connector) that would be really awesome because i dont know where to look. (Rebuilding my engine rn) Thanks and greetings from germany

how did u remove the closure at 10.15....i cant get off

The rubber mount that holds it in places? It should slide off after a bit of persuasion

What was your code? I'm getting a p1446 for the 540i.

The only code I had is the 98 Tank Venting Valve using INPA. Not sure what that code would be using a scanner.

sir, if the fuel tank vent belongs to bmw E60 is it suitable for bmw E90

No idea. Check realoem for the part numbers to check if it's compatible.

Not that I noticed. Just the fact that it was throwing a code so thought I'd replace it but other than that I didnt notice anything unusual personally.
