This is a very old grandmother recipe, this traditional pickle recipe requires only 4-5 Basic Ingredients. "Panichu" is a Gujarati word as this pickle stored in water (Pani).
1. Always Choose best quality mangoes (small raw mangoes).
2. After third day make sure that jar has enough water, mangoes should be full covered with water. as chilly water with Ice if Require.
3. This mango pickle stays best through out one year plus.
4. Always shake the jar well every alternate day for first two weeks then you can do it twice in a month.
5. Wash mango very well with clean water before serving.
Ingredients:
500 Grams Small Mangoes
50 Gram Sea Salt
50 ml Castor Oil
15 Grams Turmeric Powder
2 Tray Ice Cubes
1 Cup Chilled Water
