Years ago, I saw Chef Sanjeev Kapoor preparing Mango Chhundo on his tv show, using his gujrati mom in law's recipe. It was cooked on a stove top. YFL's no cook version looks just as delectable. And why have it with just a Thepla... I have chhunda with poori, masala poori, khakra, mathri. It pairs beautifully with khasta kachoris too. Indians are so lucky that they have a never ending repertoire of condiments to support their meals.
