I run my colour macros pretty much the same, makes programming so much quicker! Handy tip for the template macro is to separate the "copy preset 4.x" and the destination to different lines. It saves scrolling back the through the "@ preset 4.x +...." each time you want to make a new one

I tried this and I'm confused on the right syntax to make the 2 line command work. "Copy preset 4.12 (new line) at preset 4.300" is what im trying and I can't get it. Is there a way to make the 1st line not execute so it continues onto the 2nd as one command?

@@gyrish4u There's a lot of other ways to do it. You could set up variables for those 5 presets, but the truth is for any given show you might make 12 or thirteen combos, so it's not that much scrolling at the end of the day. gotta be careful with it, as in all things programming, but it's easy enough for me to swing my mouse over a few times. I'm really on a kick of making things simpler and simpler where I can, If I can do it with fewer lines, less time, I can work on more things and get a better product to my client for the same money.
