wow.. this has been the most eye opening video I have seen in a while. I have always suppressed my aggressive energy since childhood to avoid conflict, and always thought of aggression as a negative thing. you are completely spot on with the traits i have- shy, fearful, hedonistic, too soft-spoken, overly empathetic, low self-esteem and ashamed of myself for how much I have wasted my life by holding back. thank you so much for pointing all of this out to me. controlled aggression is the key that I am missing in my life. I recently lost my brother and like it often does a death in the family can divide everyone and I’ve been so full of sadness, not just grieving my brother, but because of all the family drama, and how horrific they’ve been particularly to me, and I have found myself whining and complaining because I don’t understand when I’ve tried to be nothing but loving to them… needless to say, this was a big kick in the pants to just pick myself up and do my best to let it go and move on even if it means I’m completely an orphan.
