yo, Lonestar, thanks for all the in depth videos. You got me in the habbit of stalking the KC tools -- I jumped the chrysler pacifca with the kids in car seats over to KC Tools and landed the Stahlwille 14/17 set today as part of one of their sales. About $11 per wrench.

Nice! I managed to run up from the shop for a few minutes and did the same. Good thing you were fast...those are officially sold out now. Great deal. The Series 14 are longer and have a different offset than the Series 13 Open Box that most are familiar with...

They will be a very nice scraper set for you. Don't forget, if you want to hunt for a deal, you can save a little by going direct with Mayhew. For me, the price for the Mac set wasn't much more and is justified by liking the handle better AND the color. Mayhew might eventually roll out their default Dominator colors (Blue, Green, Orange, etc.) to these and the strikable screwdrivers, but for now you are stuck with the tool trucks. For the record I asked Mayhew a long, long time ago about expanding the color options and it has yet to happen. Their blue would be pretty sweet. Either way, they are the OEM so you're getting something solid. Enjoy!

Yep, Lufkin Black Widow. They have changed the case and added Crescent badging, but it should be the same blade, or very similar. It has held up pretty well. My old standby Stanley just didn't show up as well in videos...although sometimes I have the Black Widow across the shop and wind up using it, but the contrast is really nice!
