Machang is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves. They are cooked by steaming or boiling.
Machang are traditionally eaten during "Dragon Boat Festival" which falls on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar.
Machang is one of our favorites. Now, we are doing a review of machang between Eng Bee Tin and Salazar.
Which one is better?
For our overall rating, Salazar is the best for us.
